Contracts and terms
Do you use lock-in contracts?

How often do prices rise?
Annually at most, tied to award movement, with 60 days written notice. If your scope has not changed and the award has not moved, your price does not move either.
Can one agreement cover several Alexandria sites?

Staff, safety and insurance
Are your cleaners police-checked?

How are keys and alarm codes handled?

Chlorine reacts with phenols present in beer to form chlorophenols, detectable as a medicinal off-flavour at parts per billion. Airborne carryover from a bathroom cleaned with bleach has been enough to taint a batch, so our brewery sites are chlorine-free end to end, amenities included.
Can you clean a photographic studio without damaging the cove?
Yes. An infinity cove is painted plasterboard and is a maintenance surface, not a scrubbing surface. We sweep and dry-dust, lift scuffs only where the paint will take it, and report damage rather than working through the finish. No aerosol polish is ever used in a studio because silicone causes fisheye at the next repaint.
Do you machine-scrub warehouse floors?
Yes, with the pad and chemistry matched to the slab. Sealed concrete and epoxy get neutral detergent and a soft pad; bare concrete takes a heavier degreaser. We never run a stripper across safety line marking.
Do you clean tanks, lines or product-contact equipment?
No. Clean-in-place, line cleaning and any product-contact surface stays with your production team under your own food-safety plan. We take everything around it — floors, drains, walls, plinths, packaging areas, keg wash and front of house.
Do you handle carpet, canopy and floor-restoration work?
Yes, as scheduled extras or one-off projects: carpet steam extraction, strip-and-seal on vinyl, machine scrubbing on hard floors, exhaust canopy and duct cleaning with a compliance certificate, and pressure washing of hardstand and bin bays.
Scheduling and access
